Here are some of my biggest takeaways and observations from working with her: - Joyce holds herself to a high standard. She always delivered content projects on time (if not ahead of schedule) and paid close attention to details that others might miss. This was especially reflected in her curriculum and newsletter work—as a writer, Joyce consistently broke down and explained nuanced subjects as clearly as possible. - Besides her commitment to excellence, Joyce is a proactive communicator who adapts quickly. We pivoted a lot at Demand Curve, and she adjusted to new processes and project timelines without any issue. - Joyce is very strategic and thoughtful in taking a human-centered approach to marketing. Thinking critically about how to best connect with our audience, she led some of our customer research and community-building efforts. - A true team player, Joyce proactively stepped in to help others whenever needed, like with editing our video courses. She also took the initiative to plan and organize engaging virtual events for our fully remote team. Her collaborative spirit and upbeat attitude contributed to a positive and inclusive culture at Demand Curve.”
